Manuel Hidalgo is a Filipino Actor who was big name in his early years with many leading roles in film and TV;but now, he's had a dry patch for several years. He travels to japan on a tourist visa to participate in cabaret acts in small Filipino pubs, he earns this under the table so as to not alert the immigration office.

During one of his acts, Manuel meets Shigeru, a mid-50s construction manager who was recently declared bankrupt due to unpaid debts. As they socialze at the bar,they catch a news report about a high-profile serial killer at large. After seeing the mugshot, Manuel recognizes the man and tells Shigeru he saw the killer on his way to work.

Since there is a reward money for 10 million yen for his capture, Shigeru convinces manuel that this is the solution to their financial problems. They both agree on a 50-50 split, but can a middle aged man and an actor with little to no martial arts training really out match an unpredictable and psychotic killer with multiple victims to his name?
